2018: Konica Minolta Business Solutions France купила Groupe Numerial

The French branch Konica Minolta Business Solutions announced on April 26, 2018 acquisition of Groupe Numerial company. Thanks to purchase of Konica Minolta is going to increase turnover by 20 million euros by 2020-2021 and to become the key player in the market of corporate content management for medium-sized companies and large corporations.

Ruggero Pizzo, the chief executive officer of Numerial Group, will head service department on corporate content management within department of IT services of Konica Minolta Business Solutions France including more than 40 pre-sales of engineers, technical advisers of ECM and support personnel.

With acquisition of Numerial Group and integration of experience and examination of two companies we can start sales of new services immediately — the director of internal sales of Konica Minolta Business Solutions France said to Thierry Katt. — The updated product offer France will allow Konica Minolta Business Solutions to strengthen the positions in the market of ECM and to strengthen interaction as with the companies of small business with which we already have labor relations, and with medium and big business.

Thanks to this acquisition Konica Minolta Group is going and to strengthen further the positions in Europe in the market of service IT services and also to strengthen the presence in other IT markets.
