2023: Obtaining a loan of 200 million rubles from Moscow for export development
The Moscow Fund for Industry and Entrepreneurship Support provided Hirana + with a loan of 200 million rubles for export development. Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow, announced this on February 27, 2023.
According to him, the funds were provided for five years at a rate of 4.5% per annum. Under the program implemented by the Moscow Fund for Industry and Entrepreneurship Support, the funds received can be used to purchase raw materials, materials and components for the production of products that are fully or partially exported, Ovchinsky added.
According to Vasily Shimko, CEO of Hiran +, the loan will contribute to the significant development of export activities and production growth. The manufacturer will also invest its own funds in expanding foreign supplies, investments will amount to about 90 million rubles.
Hirana + produces and maintains artificial lung ventilation devices and anesthesia-respiratory equipment. By the end of February 2023, the company is a resident of the Technopolice Moscow special economic zone, according to the SPARK-Interfax system, 85% of Hirana + LLC belongs to Vasily Shimko, 15% to Maria Kasatkina.
The Moscow Fund for Industry and Entrepreneurship Support offers about 10 types of loans: to cover the cash gap, connect to engineering networks, buy new equipment, software, computer, server or network equipment, and others. Funds can be obtained at a rate of three percent per annum for up to five years. The loan amount, depending on the goals, can reach 300 million rubles.[1]
