2020: Employment IT shnikov with all of the world with a promise of salary is 5 times higher than market

On June 2, 2020 it became known that the developer of the microchips Hisilicon, the subsidiary company of the Chinese corporation Huawei, began to employ university graduates and specialists of an IT profile from around the world.

Workforce recruiting is conducted within recently started Huawei of the global program. Hisilicon promises potential employees salary five times higher than that which they receive in a present workplace or, in a case with university graduates which to them could be offered taking into account lack of real experience. Huawei published a poster in Chinese in which told about the efforts on search of talents.

On information a source, action of the program extends to the graduate students or owners of degree of the master who already completed the training not earlier than on January 1, 2017 or preparing for release no later than December 31, 2021. A stated purpose of the program – computer SOFTWARE"overcoming barriers in different spheres, including architecture, semiconductors, manufacturing techniques of chipsets and other". Deceleration of the law of Moore is mentioned in the text of a poster among problems in which solution future employees should participate. The Moore's law – observation Intel of the founder Gordon Moore according to which, the number of the transistors placed on an integrated circuit chip doubles each two years.

Hisilicon is engaged in production of chips for consumer electronic engineers, means communications and optical devices. In particular, the company projects design of corporate ARM-processors (SoC) under a brand Kirin which are "heart" of many smartphones and tablet computers of Huawei.

In May, 2020 it became known that the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) company, the key partner of Huawei releasing mobile chips of a line Kirin on the basis of design of Hisillicon stopped taking orders at the Chinese corporation.

As reported the edition Nikkei Asian Review, TSMC took this step under pressure of the American authorities – its failure from cooperation with Huawei turned out to be consequence of toughening of export control from the USA. U.S. authorities took these measures for the purpose of further access restriction on Huawei to the American technologies.

On May 11, 2020 the administration of U.S. President of Donald Trump and TSMC began negotiations on possible construction of its factories on production of chips in the territory of the USA. On May 12, 2020 TSMC gave the indefinite answer about the plans for placement of the plant within the American borders, and already on May 15 the company management gave to this invention green light.

In May, 2020 CNews wrote that in the future Huawei can transfer smartphones to chips MediaTek, Unisoc or Samsung. Huawei considers the possibility of partnership with each of these companies, besides, it already has an experience of cooperation with Mediatek and Unisoc.

Besides, according to Bloomberg, completely Huawei is also not going to refuse production of independently designed chips: in May, 2020 the government of the People's Republic of China through under control investment fund increased authorized capital of Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corp (SMIC) from $3.5 billion to $6.5 billion. As noted the edition, the received means generally will go for expansion of production capacities^[1].

In November, 2018 the USA demanded from Germany, to Italy and Japan to prohibit use of any equipment of production of Huawei including fifth generation, necessary for deployment of networks. According to WSJ, U.S. authorities wanted to discredit Huawei company as producer of telecommunication equipment in the opinion of the countries allies.

At the same time, as noted in the edition, Washington configures allies against Huawei not only and not just because of possible shadowing from Celestial Empire. The USA and the People's Republic of China compete through creation of communication networks of fifth generation of a 5G. And case concerns as directly technologies, and rates of deployment of these networks.

In September, 2019 CNews announced plans of U.S. authorities for support to small and rural providers. The federal commission on communication (FCC) intended to select about $1 billion with it to suppliers of telecommunication services.

At the end of January, 2020 Great Britain contrary to a position of the USA permitted Huawei to supply the equipment for deployment of a 5G, though with some restrictions. In particular, the Chinese company will not allow to occupy more than 35% of the market of a 5G equipment of the country.

At the beginning of February, 2020 it became known that Microsoft, Dell and AT&T in cooperation with U.S. authorities will be developed by the software standards for the American cellular networks 5G to exclude use in their infrastructure of the equipment of Huawei. According to sources of WSJ, behind this project there is personally a Trump.

On May 14, 2020 Trump prolonged prohibition on the Chinese telecommunication equipment for one year, one of the largest producers of which is Huawei. Next day Ministry of Trade of the USA made changes to export regulations "with a strategic sight on acquisition of semiconductors by Huawei company which are a direct product of a certain software and technologies of the USA". According to the entered order, foreign producers of the semiconductors manufactured abroad using the American technologies of a vynezhdena to obtain the license for delivery of the products of Huawei company at Ministry of Trade. Change of rules, in addition to Huawei and more than one hundred its "daughters", struck TSMC.

On May 17, 2020 the Chinese edition Global Times announced that the authorities of the People's Republic of China prepare the tough answer to the last sanctions of the USA against Huawei. The American technology giants, such as Apple, Qualcomm, Cisco and Boeing, can get into the list of the unreliable organizations in the future. Its participants will be tortured infinite checks and investigations.

Despite cross ratios between the American authorities and the Chinese giant, since May, 2019 the USA regularly issued permissions to business with Huawei. Each of such licenses works three months and allows to continue transactions with Huawei, including contract performance, export and re-export of products.->
