2018: Petition for dissolution of the legal person and closing of the website

In May, 2018 it became known that Pyotr Zhukov, the son of the first vice speaker of the State Duma Alexander Zhukov, and Cognitive Technologies company started liquidation of a joint IT startup. Few years ago partners promised to press in the market of the German Son of the Vice Speaker of the State Duma Alexander Zhukov developer SAP^[1]

At the beginning of May, 2018 founders of Indigo IT LLC submitted the petition for dissolution of this legal entity to the Federal Tax Service, follows from data of SPARK. The website of the company to the address genindigo.ru does not work, the domain already went on free sale, RBC by the phone number of the company was not succeeded to phone.

2015: Indigo IT: We will press SAP

On April 20, 2015 it became known of creation of Indigo IT IT company - developer of the enterprise management systems (EMS).

Founders:

• Pyotr Zhukov, the head of Indigo Capital Partners fund - 49% of stocks,

• Cognitive Technologies - 51% of stocks.

The purpose of creation of Indigo IT - substitution of the western applied information systems in all main classes softwares.

Andrey Chernogorov is appointed the CEO of Indigo IT.

He noted: "The mission of the company consists in creation of a full-function domestic enterprise management system for the purpose of substitution of the western applied information systems, and first of all SAP, in all main classes. Many wealthy Russian entrepreneurs and funds spend the funds for projects out of Russia. In this case we have an example of construction of the new financial infrastructure which is based on the domestic financiers and entrepreneurs investing in the disruptive technology directions. I consider that Pyotr Zhukov is the trend setter defining work of financial institutions in the country for the next 10 years".

The contribution Cognitive Technologies to the project is a technology platform for creation of enterprise management systems which cost founders estimate at 400 million rubles. The rights to sharing of a full-function enterprise management system are assigned by Indigo IT.

Indigo IT assigns the rights and to Competence Center of developments on DBMS PostgreSQL.

The cofounder of the project Pyotr Zhukov considers the direction of enterprise management systems as perspective.

"Operating expenses on the project are covered from my own means, - Pyotr Zhukov told.

Investors estimate the cost of intellectual property of the new company at 1 billion rubles.

The staff of Indigo IT company (being within Cognitive Technologies) began active implementing solutions on enterprise management in the second half of 2014. Result: system modules of enterprise management purchased the largest Russian enterprises: JSC Gazprombank, Avtodor Group, "Rosneft, departments of the state power block.

In staff of the company of 230 people. From them 60% of developers. In plans of the company - to increase the number of employees up to 2.5 thousand people within the next three years. All development centers will be placed in the territory of Russia. According to Andrey Chernogorov, personnel problems will be solved, as at the expense of the staff of the western companies forced to reduce the staff owing to active program implementation of import substitution in Russia and by training of own specialists based on departments in NITU MISIS and MIPT.

Difference in approach of Indigo IT - replacement of outdated approaches of the famous foreign developers to work with clients and their service assuming, in particular, considerable annual expenses of the clients on service of systems at the rate from 15% up to 30% a year of the total cost of the solution. For example, expenses of the Russian enterprises on the maintenance of SAP, according to experts, can make billions of rubles a year.

Managers of Indigo IT developed the new principles of customer service. Approach provides transfer of tools, with a possibility of self-adjustment of a system under the existing information infrastructure of the customer and also under its inevitable changes: at change of any business processes of the enterprise, there is no need of a call of specialists and considerable costs for updating and adaptation. It gives the chance of development of more trusted and effective relationships with the customer.
