2024: Revenue growth by 79.8% to RUB 1.01 billion

At the end of 2024, the Industrial Robotics company recorded revenue of 1.01 billion rubles. This is 79.8% more than in the previous year, when the figure was 564.31 million rubles. Such data are provided in the accounting documentation, which TAdviser got acquainted with in early August 2025.

The cost of sales on an annualized basis jumped by 81.5% - from 371.53 million rubles to 674.17 million rubles. Commercial expenses increased by 72.3% - from 105.99 million rubles to 182.66 million rubles. Management expenses reached 42.7 million rubles, which is 64.3% more than in 2023, when they were at the level of 26 million rubles. Other revenues amounted to 77.26 million rubles - plus 110.3% compared to the previous year (36.75 million rubles). Other expenses soared by 337.9% - from 29.17 million rubles to 127.73 million rubles.

Industrial Robotics almost doubled its annual revenue to 1 billion rubles

Revenues from the sale of products, goods, works and services increased from 549.95 million rubles in 2023 to 1.29 billion rubles in 2024, that is, by 134.2%. Payments to suppliers (contractors) for raw materials, materials, works and services increased by 113.1% - from 447.2 million rubles to 953.11 million rubles. Expenses in connection with the remuneration of workers rose by more than a quarter - from 80.65 million rubles to 103.51 million rubles.

In 2024, Industrial Robotics showed a gross profit of 340.33 million rubles: this is 76.5% more than in 2023, when it amounted to 192.78 million rubles. Profit from sales increased by 89.1% - from 60.79 million rubles to 114.97 million rubles. Net profit is indicated in the amount of 57.49 million rubles, which is 10.4% more compared to 2023 (52.07 million rubles). Net assets as of December 31, 2024 were at the level of 269.98 million rubles against 264.49 million rubles a year earlier.[1]

History

2024: Transfer of ownership to the leaders of the Russian subsidiary

The leaders of the Russian "daughter" of the manufacturer industrial robots Kuka became its owners. The company told about this deal on January 10, 2024.

Cook Robotics changed its name to Industrial Robotics LLC. Its general director was Petr Smolentsev, who were previously the commercial director. 95% of the shares in the company passed under his control, the remaining 5% is now with CFO Sergei Katkov. The financial and other parameters of the transaction were not disclosed by January 10, 2024.

The leaders of the Russian subsidiary of the manufacturer of industrial robots Kuka became its owners

According to Interfax, citing a statement from Industrial Robotics, the company, after transferring control to top management, will continue to operate while maintaining existing business processes and fulfill obligations to customers, including supporting users of industrial robots.

According to Industrial Robotics, by the beginning of January 2024, every second industrial robot at the enterprises of Russia and the CIS countries is the development of Kuka. We are talking about more than 4.3 thousand cars.

Interfax recalls that Kuka robots are actively used by automakers around the world. Among them are AvtoVAZ and KamAZ. Moreover, the first automated Kuka complexes were delivered to the Russian market back in 1974, that is, during the USSR.[2]

2020

Groups of company Systematica (Systematics Group JSC) and KUKA Russia have signed an agreement on cooperation and the development of long-term partnerships for the introduction of comprehensive solutions for the digitalization of enterprises based on industrial robots KUKA, which the company announced on December 24, 2020. 2016

On June 9, 2016, KUKA Robotiks Rus and Innopolis University documented agreements on the joint development of technology solutions, the organization of flexible robotic production based on orders from industrial enterprises, and the development of methods for using robotics for advanced research. Also, the parties will begin cooperation in the development of peripheral devices for robotic complexes in medicine and industry, the exchange of technologies and research data and the creation of joint educational programs for teaching students and the development of additional competencies of employees of the industrial partner of the university.

Professors and researchers of Innopolis University will assist in the implementation of applied scientific research, research and development work on the basis of the KUKA robotic complexes. In turn, representatives of KUKA Robotiks Rus will help the IT university in the development of educational and methodological materials to ensure the educational process in the field of robotics and mechatronics.
