Founders

For May, 2013 the Institute of Modern Development Fund acted as the founder. The Board of ANO GRP InfoExpertiza includes the founder's representatives – Institute of Modern Development Fund and the CEO of ANO GRP InfoExpertiza A. E. Bobrov.

The number of staff of staff of ANO GRP InfoExpertiza is 31 persons.

Turnover of money in 2011 made more than 75 million rubles.

Activities

The purposes of organization activity are implementation of ICT to all spheres of the state and public life, support of formation and development of the industry of high technologies and also assistance of activities of the public authorities, local government authorities, physical persons and legal entities for development and implementation aimed at the development of information society and information and communication technologies.

Among the main activities there is ANO GRP InfoExpertiza:

• development and conducting examination (including legal) the programs, projects, concepts and other documents aimed at the development of information society and effective use of ICT;
• management of implementation and information support of the programs and projects aimed at the development of information society;
• monitoring and preparation of analytical materials about creation, development and use of ICT in the Russian Federation and abroad;
• studying of requirements of public authorities, local government authorities, physical persons and legal entities for modern ICT.

History

The company is created in April, 2006.

Since 2006 ANO GRP InfoExpertiza took part in implementation of the following programs and projects:

• Preparation of the national report on a status of development of information society in the Russian Federation in 2007.

• The state program "Creation in the Russian Federation of technoparks in the field of high technologies" – development of conceptual and project documents (concepts of creation of technoparks, offers on a management system for technoparks in the field of high technologies, organizational and financial models and feasibility statements on actions of investment nature of creation of pilot technoparks), examination of project documents.

• Priority national Education project. Ensuring access to the Internet to educational institutions of the Russian Federation – expert works, implementation monitoring.

• Priority national Education project. Ensuring license support of the standard (basic) software package for use in educational institutions of the Russian Federation in 2007-2009 – development of conceptual and project documents, preparation of financial and economic justification, management of implementation.

• Creation of the state system of production, registration and control of passport and visa documents of new generation – preparation of financial and economic justification, conducting examination of project solutions.

• Illumination of the course of implementation of priority national projects on the Internet – information and editorial support of the Internet portal www.rost.ru

• The analysis of implementation of the federal target program "Electronic Russia (2002-2010)" during the period from 2002 to 2008 and preparation of offers on its adjustment.

• Development and approbation of offers on formation of the draft of the Federal target program of development of education for 2011-2015".

In total from 2006 until the beginning of 2013 of ANO GRP InfoExpertiza more than 120 contracts on different subjects are executed. Customers of ANO GRP InfoExpertiza were the Ministry of Economic Development, justices, information technologies and communication, education, the Federal agencies on information technologies, and education, Federal Antimonopoly Service, Administrations of the Kemerovo and Penza regions, Federal State Unitary Enterprise Goznak and ProtectionInfoTrans, the large companies of Rosnanotekhnologiya and IBS.

• Organizational and technical maintenance of strategic direction No. 1 "Upgrade of professional education of the subjects of the Russian Federation based on partnership of organizations of professional education and employers for the purpose of strategy implementation of regional development"

• "Creation of an information and analytical system of management and support of decision making processes on the basis of network interaction of experts of education"

• Creation and implementation of a specialized information system of formation of project proposals within the Federal target program of development of education for 2011-2015.

• Execution of works on the "Expert and Analytical Maintenance of Implementation of the Federal Target Program of Development of Education for 2011-2015" project in 2011.

• "Project implementation monitoring "Development of electronic educational Internet resources of new generation, including cultural and informative services, the systems of distance general and professional training (e-learning), including for use by physically disabled people".

• Development of an information system of monitoring of the official sites of state bodies and local government authorities (AIS "Monitoring Gossaytov") and carrying out monitoring of the official sites of state bodies and local government authorities.
