Owners

NPO Inkakhran is a private commercial company for the collection and transportation of funds and valuables. The brand appeared on the Russian market in 1991 with the creation of the first specialized private commercial company in Russia. In 2005, the entire business of the company was consolidated into NPO INKAKHRAN, which allowed the company to become a recognized leader in the market for collecting, transporting and processing cash and values among private commercial companies.

The main advantage of NPO INKAKHRAN in the market of credit institutions was the company's independent financial policy, supported by the complete absence of financial risks for its clients. Following prudential standards of banking regulation, NPO INKAKHRAN constantly maintains a 100% level of current liquidity, which allows it to pay off its obligations as soon as possible.

History

2023: ICD joins Inkahran

On July 18, 2023, the Moscow Credit Bank (MKB) announced the accession of Inkakhran, a non-bank credit organization (NPO), which is one of the three largest collection market operators. As specified in the bank, the decision to transform the collection business is associated with a decrease in its profitability due to increased competition, a drop in cash settlements in the economy and demand for the transportation of money, as well as the emergence of online collection.

As clarifies Kommersant"," by July 18, 2023, Inkakhran already belongs to ICD 100%, but the organization works in the format of a separate legal entity, so its business is quite capital-intensive and is regulated almost as a separate bank, which requires large expenses. According to a source close to the ICD, joining will lead to savings both through the cost of compliance with mandatory standards, and by reducing duplicate functions and employees. The legal procedure will be completed in the first half of 2024.

Therefore, we plan to gradually reduce the share of classical collection and develop online collection using automated deposit machines (ADM)... Collection through ADM will ensure the speed, safety and reduction of the cost of settlement and cash services for the client), the bank said.

ICD intends to maintain the presence of classical collection in key regions, while the number of routes and the share of classical collection will decrease. According to ICD forecasts, in the next two years the volume of the collection market will decrease by 15-20% and in the future the decline will continue. Analysts at the research company BusinesStat came to a similar conclusion, predicting a 15% decrease in the turnover of the collection market in 2024[1]
