History

2024: Enco bought Instep

In August 2024, the development company from Tyumen Enko completed a deal to acquire the Instep construction group, which is implementing projects in the Voronezh, Kursk and Lipetsk regions. The transaction includes not only construction assets, but also a reinforced concrete plant, which will strengthen the company's position in the Central Russian market.

According to Kommersant, the main legal entity of the Instep group has officially come under the control of Enco Regions LLC. The company owns eight structures implementing construction projects in key regions of the Chernozem region. Instep has been actively developing since 2012 and has a significant land bank, estimated at about 1 million square meters. m, and the total volume of current construction is 277.5 thousand square meters. m.

The parties do not disclose the amount of the transaction, however, according to market participants, the value of assets may vary from ₽5 to ₽7 billion. This assumption is based on the volume of construction and the size of the land bank, but the exact figures can only be determined with a detailed analysis of the company's financial indicators, such as sales volumes, debt burden and selected loans.

Enko CEO Elena Nizamova said that the acquisition of Instep will allow the company not only to expand its presence in the construction market, but also to introduce high quality standards in new regions for it. She also noted that strategic partnerships with large financial institutions such as Sberbank will provide the company with new opportunities for growth and sustainable development amid economic turbulence.

Instep occupies a leading position in terms of construction in a number of regions, including the Kursk region, where the company ranks first with an indicator of 117.6 thousand square meters. m. In the Lipetsk region, the company also ranks second with 111.8 thousand square meters. m, and in the Voronezh region it ranks ninth with 48.1 thousand square meters. m

The Enco company, founded 13 years ago, has a construction volume of 4.97 million square meters. m. In 2022, the company acquired land in several regions, including the Sverdlovsk region, the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and Tatarstan.^[1]
