2020: Attracting $10 million of investments

In April 2020, IntTerra attracted $10 million in investments from Sistema's investment director and co-owner of Aqua Invest (a private investor in Essentuki mineral water mining company) Nikita Shashkin and partners, Vitaly Buzu and Alexander Mikhailov, founders of IntTerra, told Vedomosti.

As of May 2021, 12.5% of IntTerra is owned by Ludani, which belongs to Nikita Shashkin. As he specified, this is his private investment, which is not related to either AFK Sistema or the bottling of mineral water. He considers IntTterru an interesting project: agriculture has been actively developing in recent years, but its digitalization is still insufficient.

Among the other co-owners of the company are Cyprus Fabario Limited (its beneficiaries are not disclosed) with a share of 37.5% and Gerali Investments of the British Virgin Islands (beneficiaries are not disclosed) with a share of 12.5%. Buzu's share decreased to 37.5%.

Investments will go to the development of the company: it is planned to introduce new digital services, for example, a marketplace for the sale of SZR, seeds and fertilizers. In addition, the company will expand the geography of work at the expense of the CIS and Eastern Europe. In addition, it is planned to offer customers financial services, and farmers will be able to issue loans, insure crops, lease agricultural equipment, etc. These services are still operating in test mode, commercial launch is scheduled for 2021.
