NTsIT "Intertekh" is the Russian consulting group rendering complex services in business development of large and medium-sized companies, creation of automated information systems for the solution of production tasks of industrial enterprises and public institutions. The company creates the systems of the normative reference information (NRI) for industrial holdings and government institutions and also projects and builds information systems of the service-oriented architecture (SOA). Intertekh is a partner of such companies as SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, IBM.

2016

In 2016 revenue of NTsIT "Intertekh" made 2.788 billion rubles, having reduced by 5% in relation to 2015. In a ranking "TAdviser100: The largest IT companies in Russia" at the end of 2016 company NTsIT "Intertekh" took the 37th place.

2007

Consolidated revenues of the company in 2007 were 1,060,000 thousand rubles that for 113.4% exceeded a similar indicator of 2006 in 496,811 thousand rubles (according to CNews Analitics).

At the end of 2008 revenue of the company reached 1,816,000 thousand rubles.

History

The Intertekh Scientific Center of Internet Technologies (SCIT) arose in 1996 based on Department of information technologies of VO Soyuznefteoborudovaniye. Then also one of the first in the oil and gas industry the Internet portal www.oil-equip.ru focused on supply of the oil and gas companies with industrial equipment and the materials released by the enterprises of the former USSR was created. The modern name of the company was registered in 1999.

In 2001 NTsIT "Intertekh" became the official business partner of Oracle. Development of the new version is begun (version 3.0) of the qualifier of industrial equipment and materials. The qualifier is based on the last achievements in the field of industrial knowledge engineering – a new branch of intellectual applied information technologies – the ontologic systems.

In 2002 project implementation on creation of management systems for the state enterprises and organizations became the main activity of NTsIT "Intertekh". The company provided and registered in the Russian agency by patents and trademarks the Automated system of providing the state order AS-OGZ (version 2.0). Rendering consulting services on implementation of the integrated R/3 enterprise management system, software products and solutions of new generation integrated within mySAP.com becomes one of the main activities of NTsIT "Intertekh".

In 2003 the company creates new version 3.0 of "The ontologic qualifier" (software of the automated workplace expert, software of the automated workplace user, the DB "OK-Kodifikatora" and the DB "OK-Navigatora"). In 2004 specialists of the company develop new version 4.0 of "The ontologic qualifier". In 2005 NTsIT "Intertekh" announced a release of the new version of the Ontologic software product of version 4.5. During the same period the standardized libraries of master data focused on energy industry ("Ontologik – energy industry"), metallurgy ("Ontologik – Metallurgy"), construction are created ("Ontologik – Construction"). Functional library filled up the upgraded Navigator of the specialist of logistics "Ontologik – the MTS Navigator", the Reference book and the qualifier of assets of the Ontologik — Assets enterprise and the Reference book and the qualifier of the rendered and purchased services "Ontologik – Services".

Official entry of NTsIT "Intertekh" into the international association of management of codes of e-commerce created in 1999 with the assistance of the UN (ECCMA) became one of significant events of 2006. The same year Intertekh SAP and NTsIT companies created the joint solution on management of the normative reference information SAP NetWeaver MDM with Ontologic filling. During 2006-2007 according to the "Single Systems of Management of NSI" program 200 certified specialists of the Russian enterprises were trained.

Assignment of NTsIT "INTERTEH" of the status SAP Solution Preferred Partner according to the SAP NetWeaver MDM software product became a milestone event of 2007. In October, 2007 the authoritative analytical agency RBC founded the award CNews AWARDS and noted the main achievements of the companies in the information technology industry and telecommunications of Russia. In the Effective Industry nomination the project of NTsIT "INTERTEH" on creation of a management system for the normative reference information (NRI) based on the solution "Management of basic data of SAP NetWeaver Master Data Management with filling of ONTOLOGIC in JSC Tatneft was recognized one of the best. Earlier this project was recognized the largest in Eastern Europe, implemented on the SAP NetWeaver platform.

In 2008 company NTsIT "INTERTEH" received the highest partner status Microsoft Gold Certified Partner which confirms high competence and professionalism of specialists of NTsIT "INTERTEH" of accomplishment of difficult complex projects on software products of Microsoft. During this time the company implemented projects based on technologies of Microsoft in mechanical engineering, metallurgy, the oil and petrochemical industries. Among the most striking examples of large-scale application of products of Microsoft there is an electronic marketplace of the oil and gas equipment "INMARSIS". It was included into the program "Technologies of Microsoft in Operation!" submitting the most successful IT projects created based on software products of Microsoft company.

Same year NTsIT "INTERTEH" confirmed the status of the "perspective" partner and also signed business agreements with Siemens and Hewlett-Packard.
