Biography

Dmitry was born on February 23, 1961 in Baku.

In 1983 got an education at faculty of automation of production processes Azineftekhim (The Azerbaijani oil academy).

In 1988 completed a postgraduate study in the Azerbaijani oil academy.

In 1989 defended the master's thesis.

From 1983 to 1985 worked as the engineer, the senior engineer, the head of group of programmers for BEMZ, Azelektromash.

In 1985 and for 1990 worked as the junior researcher in the Azerbaijani oil academy.

From 1990 to 1991 was an associate director of NTTTs "Davy".

1992: CEO of VPTO "Soyuzvneshtorg"

In 1992 and for 1993 worked as the CEO of VPTO "Soyuzvneshtorg".

In 1993 received a position of the deputy CEO of VO Soyuznefteoborudovaniye. Worked for 1997.

In 1997 became the president of NTsIT "Intertekh".

For March 16, 2018 Dmitry Efimovich Gulko works as the president of Intertekh holding.

Achievements

Dmitry Gulko holds a position of the chairman of subcommittee on IT of CCI of the Russian Federation, the member of expert advice of the Interdepartmental commission of state programs in the field of information and communication technologies directs the working group of CCI of the Russian Federation on classification issues of industrial output.

Candidate of Technical Sciences, the specialist in the field of the automated control systems (ACS).

The author more than 30 scientific works in the field of an ACS, application programming and expert systems.

Developer of a number of the systems of class ASUP. Created technology of creation of expert systems (ESPLAN).

One of authors of methodology and technology of ontologic classification of objects in information systems.

The significant contribution in support of business activity in Russia is awarded with the honourable diploma of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation "For long-term and fruitful work in the field of information technologies,".
