2026: Launch in the Vladimir region of serial production of medical devices
The Inteks company opened a factory for serial production of medical devices in the Dobrograd-1 special economic zone in the Vladimir region. It is planned to produce up to 3.8 million elastic compression bandages per year at the site. This was announced by the Industrial Development Fund (FRP) on March 3, 2026.
Total investments in the creation of production have already amounted to more than 1 billion rubles. Of these, 300 million rubles were provided by the Federal Industrial Development Fund (FRP) under the Development Projects program.
The factory has organized the production of elastic bandages of three types of extensibility: low, medium and high. Bandages with low extensibility are used in the treatment of varicose veins, with moderate - in chronic venous insufficiency and after sclerotherapy, with high - after operations on the veins of the legs, as well as for the prevention of hematomas and bruises.
After reaching the design capacity, the company plans to occupy about 40% of the Russian elastic bandages market, thereby replacing most of the foreign supplies.
| The launch of this production in Dobrograd is the most important stage in the development of the company. The concessional loan of the Industrial Development Fund allowed us to significantly accelerate the implementation of the project, purchase modern equipment and create a highly automated production site. Elastic bandages are widely used for diseases, injuries and for their prevention. They act as an effective alternative to traditional bandages: one elastic bandage can replace up to 15 gauze, - said Anatoly Klimenko, General Director of Inteks LLC. |
At the expense of the FRP, the company purchased high-tech equipment, which made it possible to create a highly automated production with a wide use of mechanization and automation of technological processes.
In December 2025, the company received a registration certificate for the serial production of elastic compression medical bandages at the Dobrograd site. The products are supplied both through pharmaceutical distributors and directly to pharmacy chains and medical institutions.
In 2026, Intex plans to start producing self-fixing fabric-based bandages. They provide stable fixation for a long time, preventing displacement and twisting, and are used to fix bandages, as well as bandage bandages for the tattoo industry and for stretching. In addition, at the facilities of the new plant, the company intends to establish the production of compression knitwear: stockings, tights and golf.
