History

2022: Change of brand and acquire 100% of its stake from its head office in Germany

The Russian office of the international company NTT DATA Business Solutions will continue to operate under its own NDBC brand. The Russian division bought a 100% stake from its head office in Germany. The deal ended in May 2022. All existing contracts have been preserved and project work continues in full. The company under the new brand will continue to be headed by Irina Shotova.

The office in Russia has been operating since 2004 (previously under the itelligence brand). The Russian team will maintain the tradition of implementing projects to create digital enterprises for its customers, relying on knowledge of business processes and deep industry expertise.

The main focus of the company for a long time was the implementation and support of SAP solutions for Russian and international companies, confirming the global status of a platinum partner. Under the revamped brand, the NDBC team will continue to provide digital transformation services for midsize and large businesses, not limited to one platform and choosing best-in-class solutions. The course to diversify solutions was taken back in 2020, when the company began implementing a project for a large agro-industrial holding based on Russian software.

As of June 2022, NDBC is represented by two offices - in Moscow and Kazan, as well as remote employees in other regions of the country. The company continues to employ over 140 consultants, developers, architects and infrastructure specialists.
