At the beginning of February, 2020 petrochemical corporation of Koch Industries announced Infor acquisition. The purchase price is officially not set. According to sources of the Bloomberg agency, within this transaction the ERP vendor was evaluated in $11 billion or $13 billion taking into account preferred shares.
