2025: Arrested Rusagro founder Vadim Moshkovich takes ownership of 50% Level Group

On July 17, 2025, it became known that the founder of Rusagro Vadim Moshkovich became the owner of an almost 50 percent stake in the construction company Level Group. There is no information on the value and terms of the transaction as of the specified date.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Moshkovich received 48.5% in the Level Group: the corresponding share passed to the businessman from the Financial Resource company. Another 41.38% of the developer belongs to its general director Kirill Ignakhin. Other founders are Elena Voronina with a share of 5.85% and Alexander Merkulov with 4.21%.

Earlier it was known that Moshkovich himself was the owner of the Financial Resource organization. In March 2025, the businessman was arrested on charges of particularly large-scale fraud and organizing abuse of authority. The case is related to embezzlement when buying Rusagro shares of the Solar Products holding. The damage was initially estimated at about 1 billion rubles. Later, a criminal case was initiated against Moshkovich on giving a particularly large bribe. According to Interfax, the entrepreneur does not admit guilt.

Level Group ("Level Group") builds real estate in Moscow and the Moscow region. As of July 2025, the company has implemented nine projects, including the modern Wall Street business center, three business-class club houses ("Level Kutuzovsky," "Level Paveletskaya" and "Level Donskoy"), the comfort-level complex in the east of Moscow "Level Amurskaya," business-category residential complexes on the first coastline of the Moscow River "Level Nagatinskaya" and "Level Prichalny," etc. Another 12 projects are at the stage of implementation. The company's website says that its philosophy "integrates rational perfectionism, a practical approach to pricing and modern methods of working in the market."^[1]
