2023: Net profit - 214.7 million rubles

Ex-deputy head of the Ministry of Transport became a co-owner of the fintech company "Lighthouse"
Former Deputy Minister transport Russia Alan Lushnikov, through LLC, TKH-Invest acquired a 17.54% stake in the Lighthouse fintech company. This became known on January 9, 2025.
According to the service "Kontur. Focus," the deal on the entry of TKH-Invest LLC into the owners of the developer of the digital financial ecosystem took place on December 27, 2024. Presumably, the share passed from Dmitry Komissarov, who previously owned a similar stake.
Before the change of ownership structure, eight individuals owned the company. Among them are Kirill Lipa with a share of 17%, business partners Iskandar Makhmudov and Andrei Bokarev, each of whom owned 20%.
Denis Iordanidi owned a share of 10.46%, Georgy Iordanidi - 10%, Alexey Lebedev - 3%, Mikhail Khromov - 2%. Seven co-owners of the company decided to hide information about themselves from public space.
The company "Lighthouse" is the first in Russia to develop a digital factoring platform with an exchange financing model. The company is actively developing innovative financial technologies and expanding its presence in the digital services market.
TKH-Invest LLC, through which Alan Lushnikov became part of the owners of Lighthouse, is under its sole management by January 2025. The new co-owner has significant experience in government agencies and private business.
Joining the shareholders of the former Deputy Minister of Transport can contribute to the further development of the company and strengthen its position in the financial technology market. His experience and public sector connections can help with new projects.

Change of ownership
On September 12, 2024, it became known that the owners of the Russian fintech company Lighthouse had changed. It was left by one of the co-owners, which allowed to increase its own stake in the company to co-founder Kirill Lipa.
Lighthouse is developing a digital financial ecosystem. According to the company, it was the first in Russia to launch a digital factoring platform with an exchange-traded financing model based on the competition of financial institutions for the ability to finance supplies. Lighthouse calls its mission the formation of a financial ecosystem for the seamless integration of large businesses and banks in a single system to obtain bank rates on a market competitive basis. Among the company's clients are Transmashholding JSC (the largest manufacturer of railway vehicles in Russia) and Metrovagonmash JSC (a supplier for subways of 11 countries).

According to the Business News Agency, Temporia Invest LLC has left Lighthouse under the leadership of Ivan Mirgorod: this organization conducts activities to manage holding companies. As part of the transaction, Temporia Invest transferred its 3% stake to business partner Kirill Lipa, who, in turn, increased the stake from 14% to 17%.
As of September 12, 2024, the structure of the owners of Lighthouse is as follows: Iskandar Makhmudov with 20%, Andrei Bokarev with 20%, Dmitry Komissarov with 17.54%, Kirill Lipa with 17%, Denis Iordanidi with 10.46%, Georgy Iordanidi with 10%, Alexey Lebedev with 3% and Mikhail Khromov with 2%. Maximum sanctions from the United States
At the end of March 2024, the United States imposed maximum sanctions against the Russian platforms for digital financial assets Atomais and Lighthouse. These companies are listed on the SDN List (Specially Designated Nationals List), whose members are blocked from all assets located in the United States. In addition, being included in this black list implies a ban on American persons from any interaction with sanctioned persons, including receiving funds, goods or services from such persons and providing them or in their interests.
