2025: "Kievskaya Ploshchad" bought "Lublin Field "
In early May 2025, it became known that the Kievskaya Ploshchad group of companies, owned by God Nisanov and Zarakh Iliev, acquired the Lublin Pole shopping center in Moscow. The transaction for the acquisition of an object with an area of 34.9 thousand square meters. m is estimated by experts at ₽1,5 -2 billion. The company continues to consolidate assets in the southeast of the capital, where it already owns the Moscow trade and fair complex.
According to Kommersant, the deal was formalized on April 29, 2025, when Kievskaya Ploshchad controlled by the Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies LLC Moskva Shopping Center received 100% in Stroytorg LLC, the company that owns the Lublin Pole shopping center. On the balance sheet of the acquired structure there are also 46.5 hectares of territory under this object and the neighboring trade and fair complex "Moscow."
The revenue of Stroytorg LLC in 2024 amounted to ₽114,3 million, an increase of 7% compared to the previous year. The company's net profit reached ₽2 million. Before the transaction, the owners of the company were six individuals, the largest of which were Yulia Tkachenko (40%), Elena Kelperis (21%) and Alla Malyshkova (15%).
The Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies confirmed the acquisition of the asset, noting that their plans include the sustainable development of the entire complex within the framework of modern formats. Market experts believe that a shopping center specializing in the sale of building materials and furniture is likely to be receptualized.
Nikolai Goryunov, director of capital markets at IBC Real Estate, believes that Kievskaya Ploshchad, owning many real estate in southeastern Moscow, is consolidating sites in this part of the city for further development of the territory.
Valery Trushin, head of research and consulting at IPG.Estate, suggests that the new owner will reconquer the facility, while maintaining its trading function. Alexey Vanchugov, Managing Partner of Vanchugov & Partners, believes that the most logical way to implement the next phase of the Moscow TJC on the site of Lublin Field[1]
