ML Van Solutions LLC (ML One) is a company specializing in the development and implementation of its own technologies in the field of multi-bore and multi-hole completion of wells (MZS).

The creation of several lateral boreholes using ML One solutions allows increasing the opening area of the formation, increasing the efficiency of developing hard-to-recover reserves, optimizing the operating time of the drilling machine and reducing capital costs for the construction of upper sections and the surface infrastructure of the well.

2021: $7.3 million investment from RosRegion Development

RosRegion Development Corporation has invested in the Russian oil service company ML Van Solutions. The Corporation's venture fund was the lead investor in the round of $7.3 million . USA.

During the period 2020-2021. the structure of the oil and gas market has changed greatly, throwing a lot of challenges to all its participants, but the ML One team was able not only to strengthen its position in the Russian market, but also to form a portfolio of international orders. As of November 2021, more than 80 multi-wellbore wells have been built and several high-tech projects are in operation.

In this round of investments, ML One raised $7.3 million.
