2018

2010

The company makes the decision on expansion of the range of project products of management systems for queue. The external economic partner contract with SPB Technical Development Ltd company is signed. (Hungary) the producer of systems under the name of Q-net.

Along with it the internal project on creation of own brand of an e-queue system starts. In the company the department of software developments is from scratch created, the staff of competent specialists is attracted, the structured operation algorithm with customers is created. At the initial stage marketing research of consumer demand for clarification of needs of end users of a product is conducted. On its basis the internal technical specifications which became a starting point of the birth of a new system are developed.

2009

At the beginning of 2009 founders of the company made the decision on reorganization of Metatechnology group. During the carried-out process in March all staff of the company passed into again formed company of Business solution. The list of founders changed, but Maximov Andrey Valeriyevich remained the CEO of the updated company.

At the same time the market of electronic queues began to come under a negative impact of a world financial crisis (2008-2011). Against the background of a liquidity crisis the vast majority of customers closed up programs of financing of projects on implementation of the systems of electronic queues. As financial policy of Business solution means careful and effective management of attraction of the credits the company showed high financial stability during the world financial crisis.

For reasons of increase in business performance and cost reduction there is a change of supplier of e-queue systems. The AKIS direction is closed. The partnership agreement with ASK Group (Yekaterinburg) on promotion of a product an e-queue system of DAMASK is signed.

2004

In April, 2004 in Moscow the company Metatechnology group was formed. Three persons the first letters of surnames of which were a part of founders became a company name abbreviation – MTG. Maximov Andrey Valeriyevich was appointed the CEO, he became the permanent company executive up to the reorganization which is carried out in 2009.

Exclusive distribution of e-queue systems of AKIS (Lithuania, production of TIPAS company) in the territory of the Russian Federation and the CIS became the main activity of the company.
