Macaroon

Macaroon is an authorized reseller of Apple in Russia for enterprise sales, providing Apple solutions for business and education (Apple Authorized Reseller and Apple Solution Expert Education); Jamf's silver partner in managing Apple devices in the corporate segment (September 2021). The company sells not only devices in business, but also provides its services for the implementation, management and decommissioning of Apple equipment for customers.

Services

As of September 2021, Macaroon offers professional services for integrating and configuring Apple devices, technical and educational support for customers. Providing the DaaS service (Device as a Service), the company accompanies customers throughout the life cycle of the device: from installation to environmentally friendly decommissioning. And a wide range of financial services allows you to develop individual conditions for each client and quickly deploy jobs with Apple devices.

As of August 2021, the main activity of Macaroon is the design and contract supply of Apple equipment, accessories and Apple solutions in B2B and the educational segment.

History

2021: Silver Partner Jamf

September 1, 2021 there was information that Macaroon became a silver partner of Jamf. Macaroon is the second company in Russia to be awarded this status. As part of the partnership, Macaroon engineers will offer their customers Apple Enterprise Management solutions developed by Jamf to connect, protect, and manage Apple's fleet of devices.^[1]

2018: Update Strategy

2017: Apple Solution Expert Education Status

Apple Solution Expert Education partner status has been obtained - confirms the company's competence in implementing Apple devices in education.

2012

Since 2012, Macaroon experts have been helping educational institutions introduce Apple into pedagogical practice, providing consulting and technical support, training school and university staff, and providing warranty services for devices.

2007: Apple Official Reseller

In 2007, the company received the status of the official reseller of Apple.

2006: Launch under the Mac Solutions brand

November 29, 2006 founded LLC Maksulushens. The company began operating under the Mac Solutions brand and providing service services for users of Apple devices.
