The company's materials also say that its revenue from the sale of cars amounted to 38.84 billion rubles (-26.2% compared to the result of 2019), from sales of spare parts - 3.67 billion rubles (+ 13.3%).
The cost of sales of Mazda Motor Rus LLC in 2020 decreased by 25.9% compared to 2019, to 39.19 billion rubles. Gross profit increased by 12.9%, to 4.04 billion rubles.
The company's commercial expenses in 2020 decreased by 42.9%, to 1.17 billion rubles. Management expenses became less by 8.3% and amounted to 784.3 million rubles. Profit from sales jumped 3.1 times, to 2.09 billion rubles. The indicator of other income increased 2.7 times, to 887.3 million rubles. Other expenses increased by 31.2%, to 486.1 million rubles.
Short-term liabilities of Mazda Motor Rus LLC as of the end of December 2020 increased 2.6 times compared to the same period in 2019, to 10.43 billion rubles. Long-term liabilities practically did not change and amounted to just under 2 million rubles.
As of the end of 2020, Mazda Motor Rus sold cars through 70 dealerships, four of which are located in Kazakhstan, Belarus and Armenia. In particular, the company buys machines manufactured in a joint venture with the Russian automotive group Sollers in Vladivostok (Mazda Sollers Manufacturing Rus LLC), where Mazda CX-9, Mazda CX-5, Mazda CX-30 and Mazda 6 sedan are produced.
According to the Association of European Businesses (AEB), Mazda sales in Russia in 2020 in Russia were sold 26,392 Mazda cars, which is 13.7% less than a year earlier.[1]
