Ministry of Economic Development of Kabardino-Balkarian Republic

In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the CBD of April 28, 2018 No. 80-PP^[1] of Economic Development of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (Ministry of Economic Development of the CBD) is the executive body of state power of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, authorized to carry out the functions of implementing regional policy and legal regulation in the field of analysis and forecasting of socio-economic development, development of entrepreneurial activity, including small and medium-sized businesses, international, interregional and foreign economic activity, economic development of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, investment activities, formation and implementation of state programs of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, organization and development of project activities, mobilization training of the economy of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, organization of measures for administrative reform in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic.

History

2013: Activities of the Ministry of Economic Development of the CBD

Decree of the Government of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic of April 11, 2013 No. 110-PP^[2] declared invalid Decree of the Government of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic of April 6, 2009 No. 97-PP.

This decree enshrined that the Ministry of Economic Development of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic was the executive body of state power of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, authorized to carry out the functions of implementing regional policy and legal regulation in the field of analysis and forecasting of socio-economic development, development of entrepreneurial activity, including small and medium-sized businesses, international, interregional and foreign economic activity, economic development of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, investment activities, formation of republican targeted programs, mobilization training of the economy of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, organization of measures for administrative reform in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic.

The decree was invalidated on the basis of the Decree of the Government of the CBD of April 28, 2018 No. 80-PP.

2012: Removal of the word "trade" from the name

Decree of the Government of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic of December 13, 2012 No. 285-PP excluded "and trade" from the name "Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic"^[3]. Thus, the name "Ministry of Economic Development of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic" is enshrined.

2009: Activities of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the CBD

By the Decree of the Government of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic of April 06, 2009 No. 97-PP "On the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic"^[4], the ministry was the executive body of state power of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, authorized to exercise the functions of developing and implementing state policy and legal regulation in the field of analysis and forecasting of socio-economic development, development of entrepreneurial activity, including small and medium-sized businesses, international, interregional and foreign economic activity, trade, economic development of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, investment activities, formation of republican target programs, mobilization training of the economy of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, consumer market, organization of measures for administrative reform in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic.

Notes
