2024: Quality control of products by military representative office of the Russian Defense Ministry

Rubicon's increase in the share in the authorized capital of Morion

The Perm company Rubikon, owned by the president of ER-Telecom Holding Andrei Kuzyaev, acquired in the spring of 2017 a 14.81% stake in the Morion enterprise, which produces telecom equipment. Thus, the share of Rubikon in the company increased to 97.15%, writes ComNews.

The transaction value is estimated at about 105 million rubles. Analysts do not exclude that Rubikon may buy out the remaining shares of Morion, but this interest may be associated not only with the production of telecom equipment, but also with real estate investments.

So, according to the publication, at the end of 2016, the status of the Morion production site in Perm was changed from a public and business zone to a multifunctional development zone, which also provides for the possibility of building housing. It was reported that investors plan to partially preserve the site, partially complete both commercial and residential facilities on it.

In 2015, it was also reported that Morion launched the production of Kaon HD-5000 digital set-top boxes, or Дом.ru TVmini, for ER-Telecom.
