Moscow Region Arbitration Court

The Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region originates from the State Arbitration at the Moscow Regional Executive Committee and was formed in accordance with the Law "On the Arbitration Court" of July 4, 1991 1543 - 1. The court began to function on June 1, 1992.

As of September 2018, 75 judges work in the court, there are 9 judicial composition, which form 2 judicial panels: to consider disputes arising from civil and other legal relations; to deal with disputes arising from administrative legal relations.
