The ninth arbitration Court of Appeal

History

According to the Federal constitutional law "About Arbitration Courts in the Russian Federation", the Ninth arbitration Court of Appeal:

• checks in appellate instance legality and justification of the judicial acts which did not take legal effect on the cases considered by Arbitration court of Moscow repeatedly considering case;
• reviews the judicial acts adopted by it and taken legal effect on newly discovered facts;
• takes the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation with a request for check of constitutionality of the law applied or which is subject to application in the case considered by it in appellate instance;
• studies and generalizes judicial practice;
• prepares suggestions for improvement of laws and other regulatory legal acts;
• analyzes a legal statistics
