NAYA Technology — the Israeli supplier of services for data management and their transfer in cloud environments. The company is also engaged in design of architecture of IT platforms and implementation of databases for clients worldwide.

Besides, NAYA renders services of training in different disciplines — from intelligent data analysis before software development. Trainings are conducted for the staff of the companies wishing to create, operate and optimize independently own cloud solutions, reported on the startup website.

History

2019: Epam purchased NAYA

At the beginning of November, 2019 Epam Systems announced purchase of NAYA Technology company. The migVisor tool developed by the Israeli startup intended for assessment of the automated migration of databases and helping to move server bases Oracle and SQL to public clouds entered perimeter of the transaction, including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.

How many Epam paid for purchase of NAYA, it is not reported.

Epam Systems announced purchase of NAYA Technology company

Thanks to this acquisition of Epam will expand the opportunities to train and select for work of specialists through NAYA educational institution which is in Israel.

Besides, the transaction will add consulting business of Epam and will help to improve its already strong abilities to manage data and cloud services, the vice president for technological solutions of Epam Valentin Tsitlik said.

According to him, NAYA supplements Epam work, especially thanks to the migVisor tool which is a new product for Epam.

Tsitlik also reported that he thanks to investments into formation of Epam gets competitive advantage, considering that about 60% of revenue of the company are the share of the American market.[1]
