On the basis of the nanocenter, a full range of engineering services is carried out: technology development, design work, calculation and modeling, prototyping, testing, production of small series, work on the selection of equipment suppliers and further implementation of technology in industrial industries.

The Nanotechnological Center of Composites invests in high-tech and industrial projects in the field of production of PKM products, ensures the implementation of Federal targeted programs, conducts R&D, and OTR on the introduction of polymer composites in various industries. The created fleet of equipment covers all the main technologies for processing PCM, and the laboratory complex allows you to perform the full range of mechanical tests and non-destructive studies.

The center is also engaged in the production of equipment and products from polymer composite materials for various industries: Power, construction, shipbuilding, automotive, telecommunications, etc. And the launch of startups in the field of production of products from polymer composite materials. The nanocenter conducts R&D and OTR on the introduction of polymer composites in companies such as Rosatom, Russian Railways, PJSC Gazprom, PJSC RusHydro.

History

2023: Production growth by 2 times

The volume of produced products of the company - a resident of the special economic zone (SEZ) "Technopolice Moscow" of the "Nanotechnology Center for Composites" (NCC) more than doubled in 2023 and amounted to about 2.1 billion rubles. More than 30 bridges and overpasses on the Don M-4 federal highway provided composite products of the enterprise. This was announced on January 16, 2024 by the Minister of the Government of Moscow, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy Vladislav Ovchinsky.

Products based on new materials of the SEZ resident "Technopolice Moscow" are used on significant infrastructure facilities of the country: bridges and overpasses, residential buildings and shopping centers, hydraulic structures and power facilities. In 2023, the company's composite products were used in the construction of more than 30 bridges and overpasses on the Don M-4 federal highway. Deliveries were carried out in two to three months as part of the construction of the sections "Far Western Bypass of the City of Krasnodar (DZOK)" and "Bypass of the City of Aksai." In physical terms, the resident produced in 2023 more than 15 thousand linear meters of composite railing fences and over 18 thousand linear meters of composite drainage trays, - said Vladislav Ovchinsky.

In 2018, the company was one of the first to receive resident status at the Pechatniki site. As of January 2024, its production complex consists of 13 workshops with an area of over 12 thousand square meters, where more than 100 pieces of equipment and measuring equipment are involved. The resident is constantly expanding the product line through his own proprietary developments. Mobile road slabs, which are used on construction sites for the passage of heavy equipment, were in great demand in 2023. The company's revenue for the entire period of activity in the SEZ of the capital exceeded 5.8 billion rubles, - said Gennady Degtev, general director of the special economic zone "Technopolice Moscow."

The external reinforcement system is supplied to more than 60 regions of Russia. In 2023, it was first used at the facilities of the national operator for road management of the Republic of Kazakhstan "ҚazAvtoZhol." Carbon materials from CarbonWrap repaired the overpass over the railroad and bridge. We also strengthened the Kazan Bridge in Vladivostok and the social rehabilitation center in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. At the end of 2023, the company sold more than 133 thousand linear meters of tapes and nets, over 55 thousand kilograms of special epoxy compositions for external reinforcement systems. To protect the pipelines, more than 3.8 thousand linear meters of composite cases were produced. In 2024, we plan to strengthen the promotion of the entire product line in existing markets and expand the geography of foreign supplies, "concluded Evgeny Rafailov, head of the company's sales department.

2018

Having passed the selection for compliance with the requirements of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, the Nanotechnological Center of Composites became a resident of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone (SEZ). The corresponding agreement was signed in January 2018 between the Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship of the city of Moscow, JSC SEZ Zelenograd and LLC NCC.

"The conclusion of an agreement on joining the SEZ will help us significantly reduce costs, which, in turn, will make NCC products even more competitive and allow the company to enter new promising market segments. To do this, we annually increase production capacities, increasing the volume of products from composites, "said Mikhail Stolyarov, General Director of NCC LLC.

LLC "NCC" is one of the first and largest enterprise in Technopolice "Moscow." The Technopolice site is the second largest after Alabushevo as part of the Technopolice Moscow SEZ. Resident companies receive a number of tax breaks and customs preferences, they are guaranteed access to engineering, transport and business infrastructure. The total costs of investors in the implementation of projects in the SEZ are on average up to 30% lower than the all-Russian indicators.

2013

In 2013, NCC launched production of: packer equipment for oil wells, composite construction fittings and pultrusion profiles, carbon fiber for concretes, and also implemented a number of custom projects in the field of transport and telecommunications.
