National Association of the NAKTs Contact Centers

Company

The association represents consolidation of corporate and outsourcing call centers, equipment suppliers and the software, service providers and consultants in the field of contact centers.

The National Association of Contact Centers (NACC) is non-profit organization which integrates contact centers of the companies from different sectors (banks, insurance companies, telecom operators, retailers, transport and logistics, etc.), outsourcing contact centers and also service providers, services, the equipment and technologies for creation, development and optimization of contact centers. Among members of association such companies as Cisco, CTI, Infotell, Inline Technologies, Naumen, Plantronics, Teleperformance Russia&Ukraine, Renaissance Capital, Rosgosstrakh, contact center Rostelecom, "The center of speech technologies" and others.

The association is engaged in researches and measurements of the markets, Research and Development, issues of standardization and certification of the industry, the international cooperation, identification of the best industry the practician for quality improvement of customer service of the commercial organizations and the population.
