2020: Nexign Solutions creation

On February 3, 2021 the Nexign company (enters into ICKX Holding), the system provider of support of business (BSS) and solutions of Internet of Things (Internet of Things) for telecom operators, announced TAdviser creation of Nexign Solutions, LLC (Neksayn Solyushns LLC) – to subsidiary company which will focus the efforts on the maintenance and projects implementation connected with delivery of products and services of Nexign. The initiative purpose – to provide to telecom operators and clients from other industries a full range of IT services by the principle of "one window" to provide easier operation of solutions and high quality of service. Creating subsidiary company, Nexign enters the market of system integration of Russia and other countries.

Nexign always positioned itself as vendor which helps telecom operators to solve business problems using BSS solutions. However in recent years we see increase in demand for turnkey solutions. Clients prefer to work with one supplier who will bear responsibility for all components of the project. According to polls of Nexign, 40% of telecom operators would like to sign the uniform contract which assumes complete responsibility of the supplier both for work of a hardware and software system, and for implementation and support. One more significant trend - increase in complexity of projects: more than 90% from them assume use of software of the third parties. Nexign Solutions start became the answer to these market calls also. We create the company which will develop examination in the field of system integration, saving at the same time focus on software development,

Among Nexign Solutions tasks – ensuring level of service according to tasks of the client and satisfaction of its business needs due to involvement of the partners and third-party equipment suppliers, the software and services necessary for turnkey project implementation. It will give the chance to telecom operators to sign one general contract with Nexign Solutions within the concept of "single window", without separation of responsibility for implementation of all project. Thus the company will be able to act as integrator in projects on implementation and support of both solutions of Nexign, and products of other producers. Clients, in turn, will receive a full range of services and high-quality service irrespective of what solutions of the company will be integrated in infrastructure.

For February, 2021 in staff of our company more than 40 employees, part of whom worked in Nexign earlier work and well knows features of both the telecommunication market, and IT of the industry in general. We already signed contracts with large telecom operators for operation of BSS solutions and support of prebilling, for technical support of a system of goods marking – with the Center of development of perspective technologies. On these projects the company is also focused. We will be guided both by Russian, and by the international clients from the different industries, offering them complex IT solutions, services of implementation, supports and training. Also search of market niches and additional sources of proceeds from sales of projects, connected not only with products and services of parent company falls within the scope of our interests. However projects where the industry competence and technical experience of Nexign will be demanded, are in focus of our attention,

In recent years the role of system integration in the market of BSS is transformed. Clients, despite demand for services of system integration, are less interested in involvement of large players of this market to projects: responsibility for all project lays down on the main of vendor. Integrators prefer to implement projects with use of the product portfolio which constantly extends due to acquisitions or internal development. Due to these trends Nexign exit to international market of system integration is perspective. Such step will provide company competitiveness growth, access to the new markets and additional sources of proceeds from sales of the projects which are not limited to own products and services
