2017: GE Healthcare buys Novia Strategies
In July, 2017 the producer of the medical equipment GE Healthcare announced acquisition of Novia Strategies for the purpose of expansion of the American consulting business in the market of health care. The cost of the transaction does not reveal, as well as terms during which it is going to execute all formalities concerning the agreement.
Under the terms of the agreement, Novia Strategies will become a part of division of GE Healthcare Camden Group which staff advised more than 2400 medical institutions on various questions — from reorganization of structure of medical services before increase in efficiency of use of resources.
