2017: GE Healthcare buys Novia Strategies

In July, 2017 the producer of the medical equipment GE Healthcare announced acquisition of Novia Strategies for the purpose of expansion of the American consulting business in the market of health care. The cost of the transaction does not reveal, as well as terms during which it is going to execute all formalities concerning the agreement.

Under the terms of the agreement, Novia Strategies will become a part of division of GE Healthcare Camden Group which staff advised more than 2400 medical institutions on various questions — from reorganization of structure of medical services before increase in efficiency of use of resources.

We look forward to that moment when we are able to apply a wide solution portfolio and deep analytical opportunities and possibilities of activation of business within GE Healthcare to provide break and steady results for bigger number of medical institutions — the CEO of Novia Strategies Nancy Lakie said.

According to her, in twenty years of work her company helped hospitals to save hundreds of millions dollars.

GE Healthcare is sure that possibilities of Novia Strategies will help to accelerate transformation of the large medical systems that, in particular, will be expressed in start of command centers and permanent review of medical care.

According to the operating officer of GE Healthcare Camden Group Geoff Martin, both companies are culturally developed and separate aspiration to problem solving of clients.
