O'STIN is a retail chain of stores offering men's, women's and youth clothing and casual mid-range accessories under the brand names O'STIN Casual, O'STIN Studio and O'STIN Woman.
The company also owns the Funday brand, under which clothes stores for the whole family have been operating since 2013.

Revenue growth by 2.2% to 57.3 billion rubles
As TAdviser found out in mid-October 2025, the Austin clothing chain in 2024 received 57.3 billion rubles in revenue. This is 2.2% more compared to the previous year, when the figure was 56.06 billion rubles.
The cost of sales year-on-year increased from 25.55 billion rubles to 26.74 billion rubles, that is, by 4.6%. Commercial expenses rose by 14.4%, reaching 23.82 billion rubles against 20.82 billion rubles in 2023. Management expenses are not included in the financial statements. Other revenues decreased by about a quarter - from 4.23 billion rubles to 3.12 billion rubles. At the same time, other expenses increased by a third - to 6.4 billion rubles against 4.8 billion rubles in 2023.
Revenues from the sale of products, goods, works and services for the year practically did not change, remaining at the level of 53.4 billion rubles. Payments to suppliers (contractors) for raw materials, materials, works and services increased from 39.9 billion rubles to 40.9 billion rubles, that is, by 2.5%. Expenses in connection with the remuneration of workers amounted to 7.76 billion rubles, which is 6.3% more than a year earlier, when they amounted to 7.29 billion rubles.
Gross profit on an annualized basis increased from 30.5 billion rubles to 30.56 billion rubles - plus 0.2%. At the same time, profit from sales decreased by 30.4%, being at around 6.74 billion rubles against 9.69 billion rubles in 2023. Net profit fell more than twice - from 5.7 billion rubles to 2.62 billion rubles.
Accounts receivable as of December 31, 2024 are indicated in the amount of 3.33 billion rubles, which is 25.5% more compared to the previous year (2.65 billion rubles). At the same time, accounts payable decreased by 72.9% - from 24.27 billion rubles to 6.59 billion rubles. Net assets for the year decreased from 9.49 billion rubles to 9.11 billion rubles.[1]

2023: Revenue growth to RUB 56.06 billion
The Russian clothing chain O'stin completed 2023 with revenue of 56.06 billion rubles against 52.1 billion rubles in 2022. The retailer's net profit decreased from 9.01 billion to 5.7 billion rubles. In 2023, O'stin's cost of sales reached 25.55 billion rubles, an increase from 21.29 billion rubles in 2022. The company's gross profit decreased from 30.82 billion to 30.5 billion rubles, and profit from sales decreased from 13.07 billion to 9.698 billion rubles.
O'stin's business expenses in 2023 amounted to 20.82 billion rubles, which exceeds the same costs a year ago at 17.74 billion rubles. The company's accounts payable in 2023 amounted to 24.27 billion rubles against 21.34 billion rubles a year earlier. Accounts receivable during this time decreased from 3 billion to 2.65 billion rubles.

According to analysts who were interviewed by Shopper's portals, the revenue of O'stin and other fashion retailers in Russia in 2023 increased largely due to the opening of new stores and price increases.
