History

2023: Acquisition of Finnish professional hygiene manufacturer KiiltoClean

The Russian group "O3" acquired the Finnish manufacturer of professional hygiene KiiltoClean, which became known at the end of January 2023. It is assumed that this transaction will allow the buyer to significantly increase the range of detergents and disinfectants and significantly increase the market share occupied by the company in this segment. The O3 Group combines companies for the development, production and sale of protective coating systems, as well as technical service at construction sites (according to information as of September 2017):

• O3-Coatings supplies materials and integrated solutions for corrosion and fire protection of steel structures and concrete. The company is an exclusive partner of the world coating manufacturer Sherwin-Williams in Russia. In 2015, Triocore and Trioflame launched production of their own protective coatings. As part of the O3-Coatings structure, a technical service unit operates, which carries out inspection control of the coating application process.
• O3-Innovation is a modern R&D center specializing in the research and development of innovative materials and components of raw materials, and also conducts tests of protective coating systems. The company is a resident of the Energy Efficient Technologies Cluster of the Innovation Center. Skolkovo
• O3-Engineering provides a comprehensive technical service for the design and performance of works on corrosion and fire protection, as well as thermal insulation.
