History

2013: OMD Digital is transformed to Resolution company

On April 22, 2013 according to the strategy of Omnicom Media Group on creation of the complex offer in the field of digital the OMD Digital media company which is a part of OMD OM Group in Russia is transformed to Resolution company.

Transformation of OMD Digital in Resolution does not mean rebranding, but reflects the evolutionary nature of changes, emphasize in the company. With Resolution creation all experience and examination which are saved up both in OMD Digital and in other directions of business OMD Optimum Media Group will be concentrated in this new division.

In addition to three leading Resolution directions (the program Boeing, SEM, social networks), the Russian division will continue to develop media advertizing on digital platforms, to render services in spheres of researches and analytics, databases, mobile advertizing, SMM, special projects and development of creative concepts for digital-campaigns. The company expects that it will allow to concentrate in Resolution a full range of services in the field of digital of communications.

"We consciously declare aiming at technology development, at analytics, at qualitatively new cooperation with suppliers of data as are convinced that in the near future these aspects will be most demanded by the market", - Vadim Melnikov noted, the head[1].

One of the first evidence of development of Resolution in Russia is entry into the Resolution command of Yury Yeliseyev who entered a position of the director of business development recently.
