2023: Changes in the composition of the founders of Otra Digital LLC

According to the Chekko portal, at the end of July 2023, there were changes in the composition of the founders of Otra Digital LLC: the founder of the company, Ermolaev Artyom Valerievich, left society, and Valery Petrovich Ermolaev became the new founder.

2021: Creation of a venture capital firm

At the end of December 2020, the ex-head of the Department of Information Technologies (DIT) of Moscow Artyom Ermolaev registered Otra Digital. The number of activities of this LLC with an authorized capital of 10 thousand rubles included:

• development of computer software;
• advisory activities and work in the field of computer technology;
• computer equipment management activities;
• activities related to the use of computer technology and information technology;
• provision of other personal services not included in other groupings.

Artyom Ermolaev himself, in a conversation with Vedomosti, noted that the company will not directly deal with software development, but will advise venture market players and invest in promising Russian startups. Also, Otra Digital will become part of the Digital Disrupt venture club, Yermolaev added. He refrained from disclosing the details of the project.

Digital Disrupt invests both independently and jointly with partners working in the IT industry around the world. Among them: international venture capital funds Mindrock Capital (USA, San Francisco), Starta Ventures and 13 Ventures (USA, New York), investment holding Avenir, etc.
