2020: Hospital named after St. Andrew the First-Called Apostle
On April 7, 2020, by decree of the Governor of the Ulyanovsk Region Sergei Ivanovich Morozov, the GUZ "City Clinical Hospital No. 1" (Perinatal Center) on the Orthodox feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary was named after the Apostle Andrew the First-Called - the GUZ "City Clinical Hospital of the Holy Apostle Andrew the First-Called."
2017: Commissioning
On December 28, 2017, Rostec State Corporation announced the commissioning of a perinatal center in Ulyanovsk. The facility is equipped with high-tech neonatal and other medical equipment. Within the framework of this program, Rostec was determined by the customer to design, build, equip and commission 15 similar medical institutions throughout the country.
