History

2019: Acquisition of 100% of stocks of the company by Rosneft

On July 31, 2019 Rosneft announced acquisition of 100% of stocks of independent fuel operator of St. Petersburg - Petersburg Fuel Company. It is expected that it will allow Rosneft to take the leading positions in the market of oil products of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region - one of the largest in the Russian Federation. The transaction is approved according to corporate procedures of Rosneft.

Acquisition of PTK group corresponds to the strategy of Rosneft aimed at the development of retail business and expansion of presence of the Company in key regions of the country.

As a result of the transaction on acquisition of retail network PTK "Rosneft" will become the largest player in North-West Region.

Retail network PTK is provided in St. Petersburg, the Leningrad, Murmansk, Novgorod, Pskov, Tver regions and also the Republic of Karelia. The retail network for August, 2019 includes 141 refueling stations, 125 fuel trucks, 2 modern oil depots: "Streams" in St. Petersburg and Chudovo in the Novgorod region.

Acquisition of an asset will provide to the Rosneft locating large retail infrastructure in the country, additional synergy effect, will increase efficiency of the channel of fuel supply.

As a result of the transaction on acquisition of PTK group in the territory of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region the large retail network with uniform geographical distribution of gas station will be formed. Thus, for development and synergy of retail business of Rosneft in North-West Region the best conditions, including, due to involvement of large corporate clients are created, to efficiency of marketing programs for work with individuals and also increases in profitability from the accompanying business, 'said Avril Konra, the vice president for development of retail business and domestic market of PJSC Rosneft

2014: Andrey and Olga Golubev own the company

As of June, 2014, 100 percent beneficiaries are spouses Andrey and Olga Golubev. The chairman of the board of directors of the company is Yury Antonov. The CEO of management company is Andrey Mikheyev.

2012: Control of large network of gas station — about 150 stations

For February, 2012 PTK controls large network of gas station — about 150 stations located in the Northwestern Federal District (including about 90 in St. Petersburg). Also the company possesses three oil depots, the St. Petersburg transport company (owns the park in 750 buses) and also the Rzhevka airport.

Petersburg Fuel Company is the Russian company, one of market leaders of wholesale and retail sale of oil products in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. PTK represents conglomerate from a number of legal entities; management company — Petersburg Fuel Company Ltd.

2009: Main beneficiaries

The main beneficiaries of the company for November, 2009 are spouses Andrey and Olga Golubev (formally the owner of 77.5% of the company is the St. Petersburg city bank controlled by them). According to the Vedomosti newspaper, Vladimir Barsukov (Kumarin, Qom), in November, 2009 the convict on 14 years of imprisonment for raiding and the defendant even in a number of serious crimes was a creator and the owner of PTK till 2007.
