A pharmaceutical technopark with a distribution center with a total area of ​ ​ 109 thousand square meters will be located on an area of ​ ​ 14.4 hectares. The developer plans to invest 13 billion rubles. Thanks to the built logistics, the future complex will allow timely supply of medicines to hospitals and pharmacies of the city, - said the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow Vladislav Ovchinsky.

The pharmaceutical complex will appear on the site of the liquidated spontaneous construction market and materials warehouse. It was located on an area of ​ ​ 8.2 thousand square meters at the address: 1st Severnaya Street, possession 1 and was identified during the monitoring of the State Inspectorate for Real Estate. There were also illegal cabins, trade pavilions, wooden buildings and metal canopies. Land for the placement of a trading platform and construction was not provided.

Commercial activity was carried out in this territory in the absence of land-legal relations formalized in accordance with the established procedure. The buildings were erected without registration of permits and had signs of unauthorized development, - said Ivan Bobrov, head of the State Inspectorate for Real Estate.
