2025: Investment from Iskra Ventures

Venture capital fund Iskra Ventures is investing in an AI platform to boost sales on marketplaces Pixorion.ai. Iskra Ventures announced this on November 27, 2025.

The transaction was implemented in the format of venture building - a comprehensive launch model, startups which is based on the synergy of three participants. The technological partner (LLC "Complex Systems") ensures the development and technical implementation of the product. The fund uses a flexible financing model: the amount of investment is determined not by a fixed amount, but by the specific business goals of the project. At the first stage, about 12 million rubles have already been invested, the funds are directed to finalizing MVP based on feedback from the first customers, receiving the first revenue, further development of functionality, marketing packaging of the product.

The fund's task is to prepare the project for the next round of funding from funds specializing in later stages, confirming the demand for the product and revenue from customers, and the willingness to invest from players in the venture capital industry.
