The consolidated unaudited revenue of the company in 2011 made 425 million rubles, net assets — 216 million rubles.

History

The Grape Digital-agency is founded in 2002 by Andrey Vinograd and Boris Ryss.

In May, 2012 it became known that the British communication holding WPP through the child structure Possible Worldwide acquires a controlling stake of the Russian agency Grape specializing in a digital segment (advertizing, PR and marketing on the Internet). Among clients there are agencies at the time of the transaction of company MTS, Unilever, SABMiller, Henkel, Reckitt Benckiser, JTI, Diageo and others.

Transaction amount and its details are not disclosed. The interlocutor of RBC daily in the media market estimated 51% of stocks of the company at 150 — 160 million rubles. The sources familiar with a situation claim that it "is much higher".

The CEO of Grape company Andrey Anishchenko confirmed the fact of the transaction, but refused to call transaction amount. "We enter Possible Worldwide digital-network. Russia on behalf of our agency — the last in the BRIC countries, got to large international holding. At this Grape enters not classical advertizing agency, namely digital. Heads of the similar agencies in Possible Worldwide are people of mentality, similar to us, motivation. We want to make Grape the known world agency, to participate in global projects"[1].
