2022: Purchase of 20% stake by Marvel-Distribution

On February 11, 2022, Marvel-Distribution informed TAdviser that it had become the owner of a 20% stake in Printum, a Russian developer of artificial intelligence solutions for managing corporate printing.

In 2020, the startup attracted the first investments and received a grant from the Innovation Assistance Fund.
