Invest Trade became the owner of Prioskole
On February 5, 2025, it became known that in the poultry complex of the Belgorod region, Prioskol JSC, which is in the top 3 in Russia, the owner was changed. It was Invest Trade LLC, registered in Moscow in June 2023.
The former owner of the Prioskole agricultural holding, former Deputy Prime Minister of the Belgorod Region Gennady Bobritsky, was detained in a fraud case in June 2023. At the beginning of 2024, he was transferred to house arrest, but later he stopped communicating and disappeared. As a result, in November 2024, Bobritsky was put on the wanted list.
InAt the same time, in January 2025, Sergey Feskov, registered in the Rostov Region, became the new general director of six structures of the Belgorod Prioskol, including Prioskol JSC itself. He is also the general director of Invest Trade LLC. For this organization, a number of areas of work are announced, including the activities of holding companies, as well as activities for the provision of accounting services and the provision of other auxiliary services for business. In addition, Invest Trade can produce electricity from renewable sources, including solar, wind and geothermal power plants.
Prioskole JSC is a vertically integrated multifunctional enterprise with a developed distribution network and a closed production cycle. The company's website says that it operates four poultry processing plants, which are equipped with all the necessary modern equipment. All poultry waste is processed at two plants for the production of protein feed of animal origin located in the Novooskolsky and Valuisky districts of the Belgorod region.[1]
"Agrocomplex named after N. I. Tkachev" bought JSC "Prioskole"
The structures of Agrocomplex named after N. I. Tkachev acquired the assets of JSC Prioskole, the third largest producer of poultry meat in Russia. Market participants informed Kommersant about the completion of the transaction on January 17, 2025.
Agrifood Strategies President Albert Davleev estimates the value of Prioskol at ₽50 billion, noting the company's strong market position, despite the location of production facilities in the Belgorod region.
According to the National Union of Poultry Farmers, in 2023 Prioskol produced 451 thousand tons of broiler meat, ranking third in Russia after the Resource CAP (1,045 million tons) and Cherkizovo Group of Companies (986 thousand tons). "Agrocomplex" was in fourth position with a production volume of 424 thousand tons.
Prioskolya includes 16 feedlots with a capacity of 430 thousand tons of poultry meat per year, reproducers producing 270 million eggs, six incubators for 288 million chickens, three poultry slaughter and processing plants and two in-depth processing workshops.
A feature of the deal is that the founder of Prioskolya, former Deputy Prime Minister of the Belgorod Region Gennady Bobritsky, is on the wanted list after he disappeared from house arrest, where he was on charges of fraud.
Dmitry Kletochkin, partner of the law firm Rustam Kurmaev and Partners, explains the possibility of selling a business through a mechanism for owning third parties or registration in another country by notarial power of attorney. Implementation is also possible by a court decision with the provided mechanism of absentee consideration.
After the completion of the transaction, Agrocomplex, which unites 30 agricultural enterprises in the Krasnodar Territory and the Rostov Region, will strengthen its position in the poultry market, where in 2024 it will reach a historic maximum production of 7.1 million tons.[2]
