2016-2021
Miragro was established in 2016 by Andrei Doluda. A month later, 58% of the company was acquired by Delo Management Company, one of the largest private transport and logistics holdings in Russia. In 2017-2019, the group controlled 100% of Miragro, but in May 2019, Doluda again became the sole owner of the company. This was the case until November 2021, when Yuri Semenov became the owner of 30% of Miragro.
