CJSC Agrocomplex was established in 1993 by the association of enterprises located on the outskirts of the village of Vyselki - the combined feed plant of Kombikorm JSC and the cattle fattening complex of Voskhod JSC.

2023: Recodal profit - 13.86 billion rubles

According to the results of work in 2023, Agrocomplex named after N.I.Tkeva registered revenue in the amount of 84.53 billion rubles, which is 7.1% more than the result of a year ago. The net profit of one of the largest agricultural holdings in Russia reached a record 13.86 billion rubles, an increase of almost 30% compared to the profit of 2022 (10.69 billion rubles). Such data in accordance with Russian accounting standards (RAS) were released in early April 2024.

According to Interfax, referring to the report of Agrocomplex named after N.I.Tkevva, the company's revenues from the sale of processed products in 2023 increased by 4.2%, to 62.39 billion rubles. Sales of crop products in 2023 reached 10.3 billion rubles, which is 14% more than a year earlier. At the same time, the sale of livestock products fell by 1.4%, to 7.25 billion rubles.

The cost of sales of the holding at the end of 2023 increased by 6% to almost 54.93 billion rubles. Gross profit in 2023 amounted to 29.6 billion rubles (an increase of 9% compared to 2022), profit from sales - 17.65 billion rubles (+ 8%).

Accounts payable for 2023 decreased to 15.3 billion rubles (minus 29.78% compared to 2022), accounts receivable increased to 21.56 billion rubles (+ 12.77%).

In 2023, the revenues of Agrocomplex named after N.I.Tkeva from the company's participation in other organizations amounted to 5.8 billion rubles, rising by 16% compared to a year ago. Other revenues doubled to 5.5 billion rubles, while other expenses increased by 30% to 7.5 billion rubles.

According to the consulting company BEFL, in 2023 Agrocomplex named after N.I.Tkevva became the second in Russia in terms of agricultural land - the company owned 1.1 million hectares of land, which is 286 thousand hectares more than in 2022.[1]

2024

Tkachev Agrocomplex bought a dairy plant in Kuban from PepsiCo

The Russian agro-industrial holding Agrocomplex named after N.I.Tkevva bought from PepsiCo Inc a dairy plant in the Timashevsky district of the Krasnodar Territory, which previously belonged to Wimm-Bill-Dann. Attack on all cyber systems, data blocking and ransom demands by hackers

On April 10, 2024, it became known that the Agrocomplex named after N. I. Tkachev, one of the largest agricultural enterprises in Russia, was subjected to a massive hacker attack. Attackers hacked into the enterprise's IT infrastructure by introducing ransomware into it. For restoring access to encrypted information, cybercriminals demand a ransom of 500 million rubles.

A cyber attack on an agricultural complex owned by former Minister of Agriculture Alexander Tkachev and his family was reported by the Kommersant newspaper. It is known that the invasion affected "all IT systems of the company," and the incident itself "led to the theft and encryption of data on the servers of the organization." The site of the enterprise was in an inoperable state.

Agrocomplex named after N.I. Tkachev was subjected to a massive hacker attack

The agricultural complex confirmed the presence of technical problems, noting that they were provoked by a hacker attack. At the same time, the company does not comment on the requirements for redemption as of April 10, 2024. The agricultural complex assured that "they will fulfill all obligations to provide the population with products and shipments of goods for partners." Specialists are engaged in restoration work.

Participants in the information security market told the Kommersant newspaper that cybercriminals could gain access to the enterprise's IT infrastructure through phishing, through any vulnerabilities or using the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP). Director of the Center for Monitoring and Countering Cyber ​ ​ Threats IZ: SOC "Informzaschita" Alexander Matveev believes that hackers chose an agricultural complex because of "financial stability and probable readiness to pay."

2023

Purchase of Miragro

As part of this transaction, the leadership has already changed in the group being sold: on August 30, 2023, Kamil Muzafarov became the general director of the head structures of the MEZ South Rus LLC and South Rus LLC.
