2025: Kolomensky bought Prodmaster

The deal opens a new market for ready-made food for Kolomensky. The owner of BKH Alexey Tulupov noted that the company plans to carry out a smooth integration of the acquired enterprise into the holding, preserving the team and competencies. The production of ready-made food will become a separate area of ​ ​ activity of the holding, which will be transferred to an industrial format.

BKH CEO Dmitry Kozlov announced the holding's plans to invest in the development of the Prodmaster complex and introduce the direction of ready-made food at other sites of the company.
