QBF is the private investment group since 2008 working in different segments of international financial market. The head company - the Kyyubief Joint-stock Company (JSC). The headquarters - in Moscow. Key activity of the company is asset management and investment banking services.

Assets

The main companies entering into group (for 2016): QBF III portfolio management (IK Kyyubief LLC) and QBF III asset management (KBF Upravleniye Aktivami LLC).

QBF III portfolio management investment company (before QB Finance) one of the first companies which provided to residents of the Russian Federation services of trust management of the capital in the stock market of the USA and was recognized by "The best investment company in the industry of private banking and management of the large capital" according to^[1][2] in 2014 and 2015. The rating of reliability of the company - "And" according to RA "Expert" in 2014^[3]

Activity

The company specializes in the field of trust management of the capital and finance consulting. Among the main services: asset management, transactions with different types of the Russian and foreign financial instruments, Internet trading, information and analytical maintenance, legal and management consulting.

Within trust management the QBF III portfolio management investment company organized for the clients participation in the IPO of such companies more than once as: Twitter (TWTR of +72.69%), Hilton (HLT of +9%), Weibo (WB of +33%), JD.com (JD of +50.1%), Alibaba (BABA of +64.1%), Fitbit (FIT of +117.6%), First Data (FDC of +11.3%)^[4].

Activity of QBF III asset management management company is concentrated on investments into strategic regions of the Russian Federation by means of the closed-end investment funds of the real estate (CEIFRE) and also in the Russian eurobonds through OPIFY.

As of 2016 the branch network of the company is provided in the territory of Russia and the CIS in St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Belgorod and Kiev.

Social activity

QBF actively participates in life of the regional centers of Russia, supporting projects in the field of health care, sport and social programs. About 2011-2012 the company assisted in development of biathlonists: Maria Komissarova and Sergey Bocharnikov. About 2012-2014 together with the CEO of VDTs "Орлëнок" Alexander Dzheus popularized Cross-country race in Krasnodar Krai^[5]. In 2012 the company appeared among winners of the annual investment tender "Regions – sustainable development" Within the tender "Regions — Sustainable Development" winners, are selected by the created Order of the Government of the Russian Federation. In 2013 the company supported the client - the famous Russian singer and the musician Sergey Yuryevich Minayev in release of a jazz album "Dzhast" after a long break^[6]. Since 2015 QBF promotes construction of social housing in the Arkhangelsk region.

Products

Provides to the qualified investors of QBF infrastructure for an exit to the IPO. The persons which do not have the status of the qualified investors can use a product of Primary Placements financial group which features consist in protection of the capital and the short period of investment (data for 2020).

History

2020: Accession to "National financial association"

In 2020 the RAEX rating agency assigns to IK Kyyubief LLC credit rating at the level of ruB + with the stable forecast. IK Kyyubief LLC was also among members of National Financial Association self-regulatory organization.

2019: Receiving IK Kyyubief of the license of the professional participant of security market

IK Kyyubief LLC obtained the license of the professional participant of security market for implementation of depository activity and also it was included in the Unified register of investment advisers. The brand was among participants of the Association of Russian Banks (ARB) and started the Universal Platform joint project with this organization.

2017

Gaining access to biddings at the Moscow Exchange

Since May, 2017 the QBF investment company has access to biddings at the Moscow Exchange – it allowed to expand significantly a product line of QBF and to increase the level of service.

Entry of QBF into Banking association of Russia

2017 is mentioned for QBF financial group by the accession to Banking association of Russia.

2016: Renaming of QB Finance into QBF III portfolio management and entry into QBF

In 2016 the QB Finance investment company was renamed into QBF III portfolio management and together with QBF III asset management management company entered into structure of investment corporation QBF. The range of services of the company extended and yuridicheskoy, tax and management consulting began to include. The new office of the company is located in MMDTs "Moscow City" in the building of Capital Group "City of the Capitals" which architect was Boris Uborevich-Borovsky.

2015

Value of transactions of IK Kyyubief - 1.47 billion rubles

• Total assets of the company according to data of accounting records for 2015 make more than 400 million rubles, the capital of the company - 309 million rubles^[7].

Opening of client office in Ekateriburg

In 2015 the company left to the Ural region and opened client office in Ekateriburg. On the annual award Spear's Russia Wealth Management Awards the QB Finance company wins the second year in a row The Best Investment Company of Year nomination, and the managing kompnaiya of QBF III asset management was recognized the best in the Start of Year nomination.^[8][9]

Same year the Rating agency "RAEX" assigned to QB Finance company score of attractiveness of the employer at the level A – "The high level of attractiveness of the employer"^[10]. And in the annual rating of employers of Russia according to HeadHunter in 2015 the company rose from 34 to the 25th place^[11]

2014: Accession to NAUFOR

In 2014 the company entered NAUFOR^[12] and started the direction on work with institutional investors, department of corporate finances and investment banking division under the leadership of Dmitry Kipy^[13]. In structure of group UK QBF III asset management appears.

2013: Creation of fund of venture investments

In 2013 QB Finance creates own fund of venture investments and wins the "Start of Year among Representatives of the Industry of Private Banking, Management of the Big Capitals and the Adjacent Industries" nomination according to^[14].

2012: Opening of client offices in St. Petersburg and Kiev

Fast business development promoted the company in opening of client offices in St. Petersburg and Kiev in 2012 and also to get to TOP 100 of rating of rabotatdatel of HeadHunter^[15]

2011: Start of division of algorithmic trading in foreign exchange market

Since 2011 the division of algorithmic trading in foreign exchange market^[16] was started].

2010: Opening of the first client office

In 2010 the company opened the first client office and began to provide investment services in the territory of the Russian Federation.

2008: Start of activity under the QB Finance brand

The QBF investment group began the history in 2008 under a brand of QB Finance investment company (since 2016 - QBF III portfolio management) which provided services of trust management to private investors.
