History

2025: Construction of a plant near Novosibirsk for ₽2,9 billion for the production of refrigerators and washing machines Hisense

RBT built a plant for the production of household appliances under the Hisense brand in the village of Sadovy, Novosibirsk Region, the creation of which spent ₽2,9 billion. The company will specialize in the production of refrigerators and washing machines, creating 200 jobs on an area of ​ ​ 40.5 thousand square meters. This was announced by the Minister of Economic Development of the region Lev Reshetnikov on September 14, 2025.

According to RBC, an agreement on the construction of the plant was signed in 2024. The document was signed by the Governor of the Novosibirsk Region Andrei Travnikov, the representative of the Miarit company Andrei Kashin and the owner of the Stroybusinessgruppe corporation Edgar Karapetyan. The start of the factory is scheduled for December 2025.

It was originally planned that the company would produce household appliances under the Leran brand, but subsequently it was decided to produce products under the Hisense brand. The plant near Novosibirsk will be the first production facility of Miarit.

In 2023, when it first became known about the plans for the construction of the enterprise, the volume of planned production was estimated at 300 units of refrigerators. The production capacity of the plant will meet the needs of the Russian market for high-quality household appliances of domestic production.

Stroybusinessgruppa LLC, which is the contractor of the project, is registered in Novosibirsk. The director and founder of the company is Edgar Karapetyan. The organization specializes in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings, its portfolio includes the RBT.ru distribution complex, the Tourist Hotel, the Grani residential complex and the IEK Group production and warehouse complex.

At the end of 2024, Stroybusinessgruppe reported revenue of ₽2,2 billion. The company has significant experience in implementing large infrastructure projects in the Novosibirsk region and other regions of Siberia.^[1]
