2019: Development of the direction in rendering cadastral services

The Avtomatika concern announced on August 1, 2019 development of the direction in rendering cadastral services. Within concern such services are rendered by Relevantnye Geoinformatsionnye Technologii LLC.

Speaking about legal justification and need of carrying out cadastral works, it should be noted that since January 1, 2017 the Federal law of 13.07.3015 No. 218-FZ "About state registration of the real estate" which integrated the cadastral registration of a real estate and state registration of the rights to them in one accounting system and registration became effective. In turn, need of carrying out cadastral works concerning all real estate of Rostec State corporation is caused by performance of the order of State corporation "About the approval of the Management concept of an asset of Russian Technologies State Corporation — representatives of Avtomatika concern explained.
