ETP RailCommerce ("Wagon Exchange") is aimed at key participants in the freight transportation market:

• cargo owners;
• wagon owners;
• rolling stock operators.

The service allows the operator and the owner of the cars to find goods for transportation online, simultaneously loading the cars in the desired direction after unloading. The service allows the owner of the cargo to quickly find wagons at the nearest station, which will be submitted for loading at the desired time and at the market price. At the same time, the parties have the opportunity to enter into trading with each other regarding the cost and conditions of transportation, having discussed all the significant terms of the transaction directly in their personal account on the trading platform.

ETP "Wagon Exchange" RailCommerce is designed to help solve pressing business problems in the freight industry, establish direct contact and interaction of all market participants

As of October 2017, more than 10% of industry companies are represented on the site, placing over 70 thousand car deliveries for auction in two years. The project is accredited through the Agency for Strategic Initiatives. Also, since 2017, the project has become a partner of the Russian Export Center (REC), having received appropriate support, and passed an examination in the Information Technology Cluster of the Skolkovo Innovation Center, having received partner status.
