GBUZ RH "Republican Clinical Perinatal Center" (GBUZ RH "RKPC") was created to carry out work, provide services in order to ensure the implementation of the powers of the Republic of Khakassia provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation to provide primary health care, specialized, including high-tech, and palliative medical care.

2012
Decree of the Government of the Republic of Khakassia of November 26, 2012 No. 813 "On the Acceptance of Municipal Budgetary Healthcare Institutions of the City of Abakan into State Ownership of the Republic of Khakassia" The institution was accepted into state ownership of the Republic of Khakassia.
2011: Activities of "Maternity Hospital"
MUZ "Maternity Hospital" was the main medical institution of obstetric and gynecological profile in the Republic of Khakassia. The maternity hospital provided qualified obstetric and gynecological medical care to the female population of Abakan, the Republic of Khakassia and the south of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and served as a perinatal center. The institution included a maternity hospital, a hospital, two antenatal clinics, as well as diagnostic departments.
