History

2024: Launch of production of cases for computers for 400 million rubles

2023: Creation of production of PC monitors for 300 million rubles

July 31, 2023 it became known that the Russian developer of IT equipment "Rikor Electronics" is deploying the production of computer monitors in the Nizhny Novgorod region. Approximately 300 million rubles have been allocated for the implementation of the project.

According to CNews, the production of PC displays is planned to be organized at the company's plant in Arzamas. Rikor electronics intend to deploy the production of computer monitors

Rikor electronics intend to supply monitors with a diagonal of 23.8 and 27 inches on an IPS matrix. In addition, the plant will produce all-in-one personal computers based on 12th generation Intel Core processors (Alder Lake family). Gromov also noted that the total volume of investments in production for 12 months (by the end of July 2023) amounted to approximately 2.5 billion rubles (including the aforementioned 300 million rubles for the production of monitors and monoblocks). Launch of production of domestic laptops and tablets

In the Nizhny Novgorod region, with the support of the FRP, a complex for the production of servers, laptops and tablets was launched. The Fund announced this on November 26, 2021.

Upgrade of Arzamas plant

Over the past 3 months, about 3,000 server platforms have been produced - 2.5 times more than in the same period in 2019.

Modernization of the plant is a significant step in the development of the domestic import-independent IT sphere. "Ricore" as an ODM manufacturer will allow Russian system integrators and assemblers to transfer production inside the country and produce servers and components under their own brand.

The company noted that 36 high-tech workplaces were additionally created to work on the installed equipment. Training of specialists was carried out directly at the plant by official representatives of manufacturing companies.

To control the quality of products, X-ray inspection was installed, designed for 2D & 3D inspection of printed circuit boards, soldering control, products in cases. An optical monitoring device was installed and work is underway to install an automatic printed circuit board tester with flying probes.

By November 19, 2020, the server and server platform assembly workshop, the SMD installation workshop, the plastic parts casting workshop, the sheet metal processing workshop equipped with up-to-date optical fiber laser complexes and sheet bends were modernized and functioning. All this was done despite the extremely difficult epidemiological situation in the region.
